Last night Marcie and I ate at Ruth Chris steakhouse for my company's Christmas party. It was awesome! For appetizers we had seared ahi tuna, NY strip, crab cakes, shrimp cocktail, and toasted bree. For the main meal, I had the best filet mignon that I've ever had. It was cooked just enough to give a blackened taste on the outside and a tender jucy pink center. For dessert I had cheesecake. Marcie went for the stuffed chicken which was also pretty tasty. For dessert, she went for the chocolate sin cake. I don't care for cholcolate myself but the presentation of it looked great. Wow, what a night!
