Jasmine Rice

I love Jasmine rice! I think I've posted this before but although it is only slightly more expensive, it is worth it. Jasmine rice has a great taste unlike most long grain rice that doesn't really taste like anything.

Marcie was at Apples of Gold last night so I was left to fend for myself. I decided to make rice and black beans for dinner. The rice was perfect but the beans took around 45 minutes to cook. I always forget they take so long when they don't come from a can.
